The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, dont worry just have a business card with you, you need to be from the same company that booked the ticket.

Are vendors permitted to attend the event ?

Yes, there is a limited number of roaming vendor tickets available. You will be clearly identified as a vendor on your name badge. The number of roaming vendor tickets is limited to 5 for the whole event. You must apply online for a roaming vendor ticket. Sale of these tickets is at the discretion of the event organisers and may be refused. Attendees who are not vendors or exhibitors and who are observed to be vending at the event will be asked to leave the venue immediately and no ticket refund will be given.

Is this event suitable for ecommerce service suppliers and software development companies? 

Yes is if you are exhibiting , no if you are attending. There will not be any technical presentations suitable for developers or ecommerce service suppliers.
