This course is essential for a start up or new businesses but also useful for more established businesses that need to refresh or update their plan.

We will help you understand:

Research, preparing and implementation a business plan and

1. Key strategy issues
2. Developing a marketing plan
3. Understanding the key financial data – cash flow, profit and loss
4. Practical issues for start-ups
5. Advice on preparing a business plan to seek investment

The seminar runs from 9.30am to 4.00pm with a break of 30 minutes for lunch (bring your own sandwiches or buy at the local shops) – please make sure you are there on time (traffic into St Albans in the morning can be slower than you think) as we will have to start on time.
