Attorney Richard Simmons, will provide a comprehensive update on the significant legislation as well as discuss important court cases and new agency guidelines. Mr. Simmons will go over any new developments in this area and will answer the audience's questions about Wage & Hour. Mr.Simmons has lectured nationally on wage & hour, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and other labor relations matters. He is a member of the National Advisory Board to the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law at University of California, Berkeley.
